Shortwave and medium wave
DRM
The services in a DRM multiplex, their languages and their labels, off a shortwave or medium wave transmission.
DRM is digital broadcasting in the bands that reach across continents, which is why it is still used by international broadcasters where nothing else carries. A multiplex holds one to four services, each with a language and a label.
What is read here is the multiplex structure rather than the audio: which services exist, in which languages, and how the transmission is configured.
What comes out
- Services in the multiplex, with labels and languages
- Robustness mode and spectrum occupancy
- Service identifiers
